Qualifications

• Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Geriatrics
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, magna cum laude
• Bachelor of Science in Biology, concentration in Vertebrate Physiology (Dean’s List 5 out of 8 semesters)
• Recipient of academic scholarships throughout all 8 years of higher education
• Over 20 years of pharmacy practice experience, including 15+ years as a clinical pharmacist with daily involvement in medication therapy management
• Preceptor and mentor to more than 30 APPE students and pharmacy residents
• Successfully passed the NAPLEX on the first attempt

I’m Dr. Regine, PharmD, BCGP --- an experienced pharmacist and passionate tutor with over 20 years of pharmacy practice experience. Born and raised in Queens, NY as the daughter of Haitian immigrants, I developed a deep respect for education early on. That dedication led me to earn scholarships, graduate magna cum laude with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist. 

After many years providing medication therapy management in long-term care, I felt called to shift my career in a new direction. Throughout my pharmacy practice, I consistently used my clinical knowledge to educate healthcare professionals, students, and patients alike. Now, I’m channeling that passion for teaching into helping the next generation advance in their careers.

In 2024, I founded PD Tutoring Services, to support pharmacy graduates preparing for licensure exams, as well as nurse practitioner and physician assistant students tackling the challenges of pharmacology and physiology. My goal is to make complex topics more understandable, strengthen clinical reasoning, and help each learner gain the confidence they need to succeed.

Students who have worked with me consistently see meaningful improvements in their scores, and the vast majority of pharmacy graduates I’ve tutored have successfully passed the NAPLEX. One of the greatest advantages of private online tutoring is the ability to reach learners everywhere while tailoring each lesson plan to meet individual needs. I take great pride in being more than just a tutor --- I’m also a mentor, coach, and my clients’ biggest cheerleader.

As a full-time tutor, I offer flexible scheduling and broad availability to fit even the busiest study plans. I'm a licensed pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania, where I live with my husband and two children. As a Master Tutor, I combine clinical expertise, a strong foundation in education, and a personalized approach to help guide you confidently toward success.
